Breathtaking Views
Pine Mountain Club is a beautiful, mountain community just north of Los Angeles, California. Surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest, Pine Mountain is the perfect location for the snow-lover in all of us. Secluded by the forest surrounding it, this community offers a small town feel and breath-taking views. It also offers seclusion from the city without being too far from the city.
Surrounded by National Forrest
Developed in the 1970's, Pine Mountain Club was built and populated before the area was declared a National Forest. For this reason, it is unable to expand with more housing, which makes Pine Mountain an ideal location for a rustic community and a small town atmosphere. The community is privately owned by the property owners, and the housing association maintains many different facilities for it's residents to enjoy, such as a club house, helicopter pad, golf course, tennis courts, equestrian center, village park, ball park, fishing pond, swimming pool, and more. And each home-owner is made a part of the association, with yearly housing dues as low as $1,085.
Thriving Community
While located in a secluded location, Pine Mountain Club is not without it's activities. The Lilac Festival, Wine in the Pines, and October Fest all take place in this small village in the mountains. Cross-country skiing and sledding are common during the winter months, sometimes lasting into early May. You can see why snuggling up by the fire is a favorite pastime of the residents. The local area has everything you will need, such as shopping and fitness centers, good restaurants, and friendly neighbors. So if you want to get away from it all, Pine Mountain Club is the place for you.
